UK despatch is by Royal Mail first class. International despatch is by Royal Mail Tracked and signed.

GPSR in EU Countries.

Due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) coming into effect in the EU on December 13th, 2024. Umpie will no longer be able to ship to countries within the EU and Northern Ireland. This new regulation has made things quite complicated for small businesses and after much consideration, I've made the difficult decision to stop despatching orders to the EU and Northern Ireland from December 5th 2024. European countries not in the EU, such as Switzerland and Norway, are not affected.

IMPORTANT NOTE
All International orders are sold on an unpaid delivery duty, so recipients may have to pay import duties or other taxes. Please consider costs that may be applicable on arrival into the country of your choice, as, unfortunately, Umpie can’t be held responsible for these.
