Refund policy

EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at info@umpiehandbags.com before the 30-day period has expired. You may also cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us directly.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please return your bag in its original box to protect it during transit. Handbags are delicate items and inappropriate packaging can cause damage. If a returned item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any diminished value from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at info@umpiehandbags.com.

To return your item please post to: Umpie, 9 Grammar School Lane, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL6 1DA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
